The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program offers a strong foundation in financial planning, relationship building, and client discovery- skills that are highly valued in Advisory careers. We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds who are eager to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

• You're completing an undergraduate or master's degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. 

• You're excited about building a longterm career in Wealth Advisory 

• You're naturally curious, thoughtful, and collaborative, and you enjoy solving problems that matter to people. 

• You're adaptable, open to feedback, and motivated to grow.  

• You remain positive and resilient when faced with challenges. 

• You have strong communication and relationship management skills; the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/ external partner relationships. 

• You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. 

• You're entrepreneurialminded and energized by helping clients navigate important life decisions in a sales advisory capacity 

• You remain positive and resilient when faced with challenges. 

• You can demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus 

• You keep current on issues affecting the financial affairs of clients, including a general knowledge of income tax, investment trends and products, as well as any other issues impacting clients. 

• You are interested in client meeting preparation, drafting post meeting notes and identifying next opportunities, gathering and inputting financial data resulting from discovery conversations. 

• You are interested in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans and specific investment strategies based on MD Management developed and managed optimal portfolio ranges
