Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we're looking to add a Program Management Fall Co-Op located in our Orangeburg, SC site.
Reporting to the Program Management Director, the student will support cross-functional initiatives by assisting with planning, execution, and tracking of programs and projects. This Co-Op assignment provides hands-on exposure to real-world program management practices, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision making.
What a typical day looks like:
  • Assist program managers in planning, tracking, and executing ongoing initiatives
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and risk logs
  • Track program metrics, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Support status reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.)
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and document best practices
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and research to support program decisions

Student qualities we're seeking for this Fall Co-Op assignment:
  • Currently enrolled student pursuing an MBA degree or related MS degree
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience with data analysis or reporting
  • Advanced proficiency and ongoing interest in leveraging more complex MS Excel functionality
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Asana, or similar) is a plus
  • Interest in technology, operations, or large-scale program delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Prior internship or project experience in program management, project management, or operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (presentations)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Fall Co-Op Program Requirements:
  • Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for Fall Co-Op assignment
  • Currently enrolled in MBA/MA/MS program at accredited university
  • 3.0 minimum GPA
