What You'll Do

As an Investment Program Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting both our clients and Financial Advisors while gaining valuable industry experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with IRA transactions, rollovers, transfers, and account inquiries
  • Providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships
  • Supporting Financial Advisors through appointment coordination and client preparation
  • Maintaining accurate client records and CRM documentation
  • Assisting with retirement seminars, financial wellness events, and client outreach initiatives
  • Collaborating with branch and marketing teams to grow awareness of Investment & Retirement Services
  • Learning the operational and client-facing aspects of the investment business

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in banking, customer service, financial services, investments, or a related field preferred. Relevant internships or internship experience will be considered.
  • Series 6 license preferred (or willingness to obtain additional licenses)
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
