Job description

CAREER LAUNCH is a high-intensity rotation program designed to accelerate your career trajectory through meaningful experiences across IEWC’s business. As a fulltime employee of IEWC, you’ll move through four different rotations over two years – learning about the business from all angles.

CAREER LAUNCH will prepare you for leadership roles through mentorship, exposure to the executive team, and job assignments that will take you to different locations and the next level. Rotation participants work on important projects in multiple areas and positions within our business, and they are placed on a path to advancement within the organization.
Designed for motivated seniors or recent graduates who are serious about moving quickly in their professional career.

  • Full-time position with full benefits including IEWC’s company-funded employee stock ownership program (ESOP).
  • 24 months of rotations across different departments and locations with at least one being outside of Wisconsin (potentially outside the US).
  • Core rotations include: sales, global sourcing, materials management, and pricing.
