This is a on-site position located in Rockville, MD.
Position Description:
Ardent is seeking a Program Assistant to join our dynamic team.
As a Program Assistant, you will support day-to-day program operations by coordinating deliverables, consolidating inputs, and maintaining accurate program documentation. You will play a key role in preparing leadership materials, managing recurring schedules, and ensuring timely submission of contract deliverables.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Consolidate weekly inputs from task leads and prepare Weekly Presentations for leadership review.
  • Produce and assemble presentation materials, including printing, formatting, and organizing labeled binders for distribution.
  • Track and manage all recurring contract deliverables to ensure timely and accurate submission in accordance with established schedules.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of deliverables, submissions, and program artifacts.
  • Coordinate with task leads to validate content accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting requirements.
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting outcomes.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth program operations, including handling communications, document management, and ad hoc requests.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or program support experience within a federal IT services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing recurring deliverables and working within structured reporting timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Active Public Trust Tier clearance (or ability to obtain).
