- Run online events in conjunction with the MarComms team, review and provide content for CCP's section(s) of the NAAG website and external-facing activities, and provide administrative support including preparing announcements, arranging planning meetings, communicating with speakers, uploading speaker materials and bios to apps, assisting registrants, and/or troubleshooting technical issues.
- Update the CCP's consumer-facing website and external MS SharePoint site as needed.
- Assist with accounting, data usage, invoice creation, and other grant and project administration and maintenance.
- Create, edit, format, and maintain shared documents, spreadsheets, and collaborative work products.
- Assist staff with the use of SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine SharePoint access issues for external users and coordinate escalation of more complex technical issues when necessary.
- Maintain electronic files and records in accordance with organizational procedures.
- Travel may be required to events to provide on-site administrative and technical support
- Other tasks as assigned, based on the needs of the CCP and the Association.
