As an Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:
  • Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems to streamline processes & document workflows across the organization.
  • Provide data-driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes across multiple departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.
  • Join team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the Enterprise Systems team's overall strategy.
  • Attend training sessions to support your professional growth and development.

Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who:
  • Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Is proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar is considered a plus
  • Has experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support
  • Has proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types and work styles.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location.
