Job description

Global Leadership Development Program Associate - Finance Track

The Advanced Sterilization Products Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP) is a 2-year program consisting of 3 cross-functional rotations designed to provide foundational business knowledge through hands-on, meaningful experiences. The Finance Track is designed to develop future finance leaders with broad enterprise acumen, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of how finance enables business strategy and operational performance.

Throughout the program, GLDP associates will gain exposure to multiple areas of finance, including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and other strategic finance functions. Participants will learn how financial insights drive decision-making across the organization while developing a strong understanding of forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, business partnership, operational performance, and strategic planning.

GLDP candidates will lead an intensive project during each rotation to make an immediate, long-lasting impact on the business. These experiences are designed to strengthen both technical and interpersonal skills by providing meaningful responsibility, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to experienced business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts. Following successful completion of the program, associates will be eligible to be placed in a role within one of the many finance functions across ASP.

We recruit the best candidates who have demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow in a high-energy, collaborative environment. You will learn how the Fortive Business System is used to shape strategy, focus execution, align teams, and create value for patients and customers around the world. Come join our winning team and support us in our mission to protect patients during their most critical moments!
