Scope of Responsibility:

The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution, coordination, and

performance of assigned projects, ensuring commitments related to schedule, accuracy,

communication, and customer expectations are met. This role serves as the single point of ownership for project delivery, working cross-functionally with internal teams and

externally with clients to drive timely, accurate, and well-coordinated outcomes.

Essential Duties:

  • Own assigned projects from order receipt through shipment and close-out

  • Serve as primary customer contact, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication

  • Act as the internal advocate for the customer while balancing operational requirements

  • Coordinate project execution across Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Production, Shipping, and Accounting

  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and priorities to support on-time delivery

  • Monitor project activity to ensure tasks are progressing as planned

  • Track and validate project data, schedules, and reporting for accuracy

  • Support forecasting, invoicing, scheduling, and reporting processes related to assigned projects

  • Identify risks, delays, or issues early and take corrective action

  • Lead and participate in project meetings

  • Work closely with Program Administrators to ensure execution accuracy and consistency

  • Lead, coach, and support team members to drive productivity, accuracy, and continuous development

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and execution inefficiencies

  • Maintain organized, complete, and up-to-date project documentation

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and business needs

Position Requirements:

Education: Associate or College Degree Preferred

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience and/or project management.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Manufacturing and shipping knowledge preferred
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. Epicor, SAP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of customer databases (e.g. P6, ProCore, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

Physical Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with frequent interruptions in workflow and constantly changing priorities
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time with the ability to move throughout the office or outside manufacturing plant as needed
  • Must be able to perform physical activities that require use of fingers, hands and arms, such as sitting, typing, using office equipment and reaching
  • Some additional physical activities may require walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materials
  • Position requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness and a safety-minded individual
  • Must have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources
