Our Rotational Strategic Leadership Program offers recent MBA graduates a 16-month rotational experience as a Strategic Leadership Development Program Associate, providing onsite hands-on learning across multiple business areas which includes executive mentorship and leadership development to manage cross-functional teams. Individuals will work with and lead cross-functional teams to receive an accelerated learning opportunity through analyzing comprehensive business processes, identifying systemic financial and/or financial risks, and driving improvement for identified areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate-level degree

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, finance, analytics, operations, strategy, or healthcareadjacent roles

  • Proven leadership experience through managing projects, leading initiatives, or influencing crossfunctional teams

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make swift, customer-focused decisions

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience analyzing large, realworld datasets to support business and strategic decisionmaking

  • Ability to develop executiveready analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior leaders

  • Willingness and flexibility to rotate across multiple functions, business units, and priorities in a fastpaced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to leadership audiences

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience with a strong track record of success

Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
