RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Fort Collins, CO that is seeking an organized Program Manager to support a computer hardware R&D Engineering team. This role combines program coordination, dashboard and tool support, procurement assistance, and day-to-day support for engineers and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is helpful, adaptable, and comfortable solving new problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and improve dashboards and reporting tools used by R&D, procurement, and leadership
* Create, update, and maintain - PowerBI, ADO, and other reporting tools
* Create and manage Microsoft Lists, SharePoint trackers, intake processes, workflows, and other productivity tools
* Keep team data accurate, organized, and easy to use
* Track program status and follow up with engineers and stakeholders on open tasks
* Support component owners and engineers with test results, defects, releases, and documentation
* Help with procurement, inventory, material tracking, purchasing, and distribution
* Pull part numbers, classify components, and process material surveys when needed
* Identify tool or process gaps and help develop practical improvements
* Serve as an accessible resource for team members who need help with tools, data, or processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills
* Program management, project management, or engineering operations experience
* Experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards
* Experience with Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Excel, and related Microsoft tools
* Ability to gather and organize information across multiple teams
* Comfort working with engineers and other cross-functional partners
* Ability to learn new tools, work through unclear requests, and solve problems with limited direction
* Helpful, collaborative, and service-focused working style
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in an R&D, hardware, engineering, or technology environment
* Experience with procurement, inventory, material tracking, or spending reports
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Kanban boards, Microsoft Project, or workflow automation
* Knowledge of hardware components, testing, defects, and release documentation
* Experience supporting engineers, program managers, component owners, and leadership

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
