Compensation Range: $21/hr - $24/hr commensurate with experience
Benefits:
We have three comprehensive healthcare plans to choose from based on your priorities and budget. Housing Works covers most of the plan; you pay a portion, based on your salary. Staff begins accruing PTO immediately for a total of up to 30 days earned in the first year. We offer employees an educational benefit. This money is available for tuition loan reimbursement, tuition costs, and text books.
Overview:
The Program Assistant provides administrative and operational support to program staff, helping ensure smooth service delivery and efficient office management. The position reports to the Program Director.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
  • Manage scheduling and communications
  • Maintain program records and files
  • Assist with data entry and reporting
  • Support event planning and logistics
  • Provide general office support
  • Coordinate reconciliation for program incentives
  • Process program invoices and support monitoring of program spending

Other functions that may be required with this position include:
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Assist with outreach and client engagement
  • Other duties that support programmatic goals as needed
  • Assist with data entry

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
