PSI seeks a Program Assistant that will support PSI's operational excellence and execution of quality deliverables and standards by providing wide-ranging administrative and operational support. This position will be part of PSI's Delivery team, a proactive and agile project management team that focuses on providing support to the markets we serve. The Program Assistant will also have the opportunity to liaise with global technical teams, service departments, and network members/country project teams to support routine administrative needs and daily activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with teams across the global network.

What You'll Do

  • Provides routine administrative support for daily operations and project management of assigned portfolio.ย 
  • Provides basic financial management support, including assisting with basic team budget management, procurement and payment of consultants, vendors, subrecipients and other services, and management and reconciliation of purchasing card.ย 
  • Provides support for knowledge management activities, including the design of tools and systems for knowledge management and information tracking, creation and maintenance of internal filing systems, maintenance of online communications site(s), and development of communications materials.

What You'll Bring

  • Associate's degree (or international equivalent) in a related field.ย ย 
  • Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field preferred.

Salary Ranges:*

PSI is committed to pay equity and transparency. We ensure pay meets the market within each country. This approach minimizes our impact on local talent markets and allows PSI to attract and retain employees, while staying cost-competitive.

Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth.

PSI is offering the following gross hourly salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:

  • For the United States (paid in USD): $21.00/ (minimum) - $25.00/hour (midpoint) - $29.00/hour (maximum)
