Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Program Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for grant programs, professional development initiatives, and member engagement activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for program operations and grant activities.
  • Coordinate application materials, track submissions, and assist with award processing.
  • Respond to member and applicant inquiries regarding program guidelines and deadlines.
  • Maintain databases, program records, and electronic files across multiple systems.
  • Assist with grant reporting, donor research, and project documentation.
