We are searching for a talented Nursing Assistant I

 

*$900 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*

 

Hours: 24hrs

Shift: Evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

ResponsibilitiesUnder general supervision of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care Services or designee, perform a variety of duties including basic care, personal hygiene, mobility, nutritional support, maintain patient environment, and provide assistance to licensed staff in carrying out other related duties, etc.Qualifications
  • Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.
  • Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Training Program is preferred.
  • Nursing Assistant Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the equivalent is required.
  • Current CPR Certification is required. 
  • Three (3) months experience in an acute care or long term setting is preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

  • Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
