Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO) at Warner Robins AFB, GA. This position provides expert program analysis and scheduling support across multiple GPS User Equipment programs, developing and maintaining integrated master schedules and conducting manpower analysis.Â
This is a full-time position located at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB), with partial telework capabilities for local candidates.Â
ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS)Â Development:
- Develop and manage program/project integrated master schedules with resource loading
- Maintain JSSMO resource-assigned IMS across all programs
- Develop cross-platform, receiver, and weapons integration master schedules
- Coordinate schedule dependencies and critical path analysis
- Update schedules based on fact-of-life changes and program updatesÂ
Program Analysis:
- Conduct schedule-based analysis for manpower needs and resource allocation
- Provide near-real-time assessments of projected manpower requirements
- Develop schedule excursions and "what-if" analysis for decision support
- Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Track program milestones and deliverable schedulesÂ
Aircraft Integration Scheduling:
- Coordinate with DoD aircraft platforms to identify integration schedules
- Develop platform, receiver, antenna, and weapons integration roadmaps
- Create resource-loaded IMS showing planned aircraft OFP cycle upgrades
- Show key upgrade timing and schedule options based on aircraft OFP plans
- Coordinate Integration Working Group schedules and meetingsÂ
Manpower Analysis:
- Develop manpower estimates for PNT Program Office
- Maintain manpower modeling worksheets and tools
- Produce functional allocation estimates (PM, EN, PK, FM, LG) for each project
- Support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) input preparation
- Update manpower models based on program changesÂ
Reporting:
- Prepare schedule status reports and briefings
- Maintain acquisition trackers and program schedules
- Support Monthly Status Report preparation
- Provide schedule data for program reviews and milestone decisionsÂ
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret-level clearanceEducation: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 7 years of program scheduling experience Additional Experience:Â
- Expert proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and critical path analysis
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition schedules and milestones
- Experience with GPS/GNSS or aircraft programs preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with multiple organizationsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:Â Bachelor's DegreeCertifications:Â Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferredÂ
