Job description

Job Title: Application Analyst III

Location: SBC Corporation

Pay Range: $110,681.00 - $156,337.00 per hour

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Overview:

The Application Analyst III is responsible for the overall design and development of custom software applications.

This includes designing, coding, troubleshooting, and maintaining application including potential security threats.

The Application Analyst III will do some team leading, project management and end-user support as required.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, programming, or a related field
  • Certification in Epic Clarity or Caboodle or both.
  • Certification in Epic Cogito Fundamentals

Work Experience:

  • Experience creating/enhancing applications, reports, dashboards or other types of software and application.
  • Handson experience with different programming languages, such as SQL, Net, Java, Javascript, Ruby, Python, R
  • Knowledge and experience of Audit Reports, HIPAA compliance, Data security, REST APIs, Microservices and other backend development as per teams requirement.
  • Experience with Cogito tools , Cogito Reporting applications, building dashboards, metrics, data extracts, etc.
  • Experience working within an Agile software development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with database systems, Epic Report Queues, Epic data securities etc.
  • Experience with database design & development using Clarity & Caboodle, with good command over database securities, queries optimization, Tables, views, stored procedure performance, SSIS development and job scheduling.
  • Experience contributing to the system design or architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and current systems.
  • Skilled in designing and troubleshooting database systems.
