Job Description

Marketing Analyst III

Job Title: Marketing Analyst III

Location: Somerset ,NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Actual Job Title: Marketing Project Management:

  • Strong Project Management skills required.
  • Input (competitive) data into excel, Delistment Depot, Delistment template, delist one -pager, slow moving
  • Product Loading Form, concept form, price analysis and coordinate pricing into PS500 file, data management through MCM/STEP activation
  • Monitor competitive product introductions & strategy and coordinate competitive product comparisons & analyses
  • Provide product technical information (including key value propositions) and warnings for product literature, packaging & MARCOM materials including e-catalog
  • Ensure product and labeling compliance with all applicable legal & regulatory requirements
  • Support technology roadmapping
  • Monitor product supply issues & make recommendations for improving: capacities, shortfalls, excess inventory
  • NPI - admin work
  • Phase out - transferring decision to all required documents, communicating with operations, supply chain...
  • Activation - ppts, excel files, supporting documentation for launch (sales / marketing)
  • Price sensitivity - market view, elasticity studies per category
  • Projects - tech docs, samples
  • Quality - recall, warehouse quarantine, summary for market
  • Performance Review - sales to plan summary - day, week, month, qtr, year
  • Develop and map processes and develop/ lead improvement plans in coordination with marketing team/packaging and operations.

Travel 10% or less required.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5 or more years of experience in position or specialization.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience if applicable.
  • Certification if applicable. Identify key opportunities for new initiatives, generate sales forecasts, and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Develop metrics and strategies to test and enhance performance.
  • Conduct marketing program, business, and trend analysis through the use of predictive statistics, customer profiling, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to prepare and present findings to clients.
