Your Role & Impact

As a Dietary Assistant / Aide, you are a vital part of our residents' daily experience. You’ll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every meal is nutritious, safe, and served with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meal Support: Assist the Dietary Manager and Cook in preparing high-quality meals tailored to resident needs.

  • Service Excellence: Deliver food trucks to units promptly; ensure food stations are clean, organized, and inviting.

  • Kitchen Care: Handle dishwashing, sanitation of cooking vessels, and silverware to maintain a five-star environment.

  • Inventory & Safety: Monitor stock levels and ingredients; strictly follow local, state, and federal regulations and facility compliance programs.
