Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Caregivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide non‑medical home care services that support clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance quality of life.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)

  • Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry

  • Run errands and provide transportation to appointments (if applicable)

  • Follow individualized care plans and document care provided

  • Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly

  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times

 
Required Qualifications
  • Valid CA Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain

  • TB test and Live Scan fingerprinting (per state requirements)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Genuine passion for helping seniors

 
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNA, HHA, or related certification

  • Experience working with seniors, dementia care, or hospice support

  • Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
