Become a Key Player as an EDI & Digitalization Program Administrator

You will ensure reliable customer EDI connections and expand SAP-based EDI capabilities to automate workflows and improve efficiencies. You will collaborate with customer service, IT, and other internal functions to keep projects aligned and on schedule. This is an onsite role in Irvine, CA (1st shift, 5x8 days).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve EDI compliance across Mainframe, SAP, and homegrown ERPs to meet customer expectations
  • Triage EDI errors and exceptions; compile and interpret error reports and drive resolution plans with EDI developers
  • Communicate status and timelines to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in rolling out new SAP-based EDI capabilities and onboard new customers
  • Prepare documentation and procedures for EDI and e-business processes
  • Deliver and maintain end-to-end automated solutions: document transformation and enhancement (Alteryx) → SQL tables → dashboards (Power BI)
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Uphold documentation, testing, and change management best practices
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and networks
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who can independently complete tasks accurately and quickly
  • Proficient data transformation skills
  • Knowledge of Aeroxchange (Aerospace EDI middleware)
