Job description

ProFrac Services, a PF Holdings company based in Willow Park, TX, was founded in 2016 and operates across key U.S. oil and gas regions, including Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basins. It utilizes advanced custom equipment for hydraulic fracturing to maximize well output, streamline operations, and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the fleet, washing equipment and Wash Bay including any other facility duties as required.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Moves equipment in and out of wash bay safely.
  • Cleans any and all equipment thoroughly.
  • Schedules units to be cleaned.
  • Maintains clean and safe work areas.
  • Maintains all cleaning equipment (i.e. brushes, hoses, wands, etc.)
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Education or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
  • On the job training provided.
  • Sensitive to confidential information.
  • Must be independent and work as a team player.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
  • Able to follow instructions and perform as a team member.
  • Communication - verbal and written communication.
  • Must be capable of lifting and/or moving weight of 50 pounds.
  • Mobility -ability to reach equipment and perform washing and cleaning actions.
  • Bending, Stooping, Lifting, Reaching.
  • Hearing - able to understand personnel, vendors, and supervisors.
  • Climbing - able to go up, down and over equipment in a safe manner using good judgment and proper safety equipment as is required.
  • Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week with frequent extended hours as business needs dictate.
  • Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them over time.
  • Dependable, reliable, fulfills responsibilities.
