Our client, RenewLife LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-hearted individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role is ideal for individuals who feel called to support adults with disabilities and want to make a real difference in someone's daily life.

Job Description
As a DSP, you will:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility)
  • Support community involvement, errands, appointments, and life skills development
  • Follow each Individual Support Plan (ISP) with care and attention
  • Monitor health, safety, and behavior and report concerns appropriately
  • Complete daily documentation accurately
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and healthy boundaries
  • Participate in required trainings and ongoing skill development

You are not just assisting, you are helping someone maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1 Year experience (CNA, DSP, Caregiver, PCA)
  • Ability to pass required background clearances (Criminal, OIG, CPS/APS, FBI fingerprinting)
  • Ability to lift/assist up to 50 lbs.
