Job description

A North Miami Beach firm, with high volume social media and telephone inquiries, is seeking an in-house sales professional to join our Lead Center team! Candidate must have a minimum experience of 2 years working in an OUTBOUND Call Center.

Summary:

Our Client Lead Representative provide our potential clients the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills & empathy. The ideal candidate must have strong SALES EXPERIENCE and must be skilled in making OUTBOUND calls to potential clients who contacted the firm via social media (no COLD calls- these inquires come to us) with the goal of educating them on why we are uniquely qualified to resolve their property damage claims and with walking prospective clients through the sign-up process with the firm.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls to potential clients that have contacted the Firm via social media

Answer inbound calls and webchats from potential clients

Walking prospective clients through the sign-up process with the firm.

Ensure that every potential new client is properly documented in our case management system

Provide Claim Specialist and Loss Consultants with all required information needed for initial on-site visit

Completing ALL administrative duties related to new leads

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Recognized as a talented Outbound & Inbound sales professional with proven sales results

Extensive CALL CENTER experience

Skilled in & CMS/CRM

Must possess EXCEPTIONAL communication and customer service skills when speaking with new potential clients

Must be persuasive, goal oriented & convey confidence on the phone.

Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease while efficiently managing the conversation

Treats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning

Ability to Meet and Exceed monthly goal

Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task,

prioritize, and manage time effectively

60+ words per minute typing speed

Multilingual is a plus

Compensation & benefits:

Competitive hourly pay + BIG incentives. The firm also provides a generous PTO package and provides medical insurance at 100% for the base plan.

Working Hours:

Minimum hours required is 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
