  • Deliver simple, straightforward presentations to help businesses understand the supplemental insurance options available to their employees.
  • Enroll clients and manage your own relationships and schedule
  • Take full ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.
  • Build and manage your own client relationships
  • Follow a proven sales process with daily activity expectations
  • Participate in structured training, coaching, and leadership development

    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new skill set
    • Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection
    • Coachable and able to follow a system
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • Willing to complete state licensing (full support provided)

    Why This Role Stands Out

    • Monday–Friday daytime schedule (nights and weekends back)
    • Real promote-from-within culture — advancement is based on results, not politics
    • Side-by-side coaching during onboarding

    Compensation

    • Uncapped commissions + bonuses.
    • Target First-Year Range: $50,000 - $95,000+. Depending on individual execution and production.
