  • Review submittals and shop drawings with the responsible PM prior to submission to the Architect/Engineer team.

  • Review quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor and trade partner pricing to support accurate budgets and hard-bid proposals.

  • Participate in pre-construction activities, including outgoing RFPs to subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Support the planning and execution of mock-up rooms and spaces.

  • Lead, coach, and support team members in alignment with Our Client’s leadership and performance values.

  • Support overall project delivery to achieve financial, quality, schedule, and performance objectives.

  • Participate in company-wide communication initiatives and strategy sessions to enhance service delivery and market presence.

  • Assist in developing schedules for submittals, shop drawings, BIM milestones, scope additions, mockups, and training activities.

  • Track and report progress toward project milestones, supporting schedule updates and progress payment reviews.

  • Communicate, track, and help resolve issues promptly throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure all project documentation is properly managed and archived at project closeout.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and implementation of emerging technologies that enhance Our Client’s Smart Building solutions.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand market trends and evaluate how new technologies can be applied to customer projects.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education, publications, networking, and industry participation.
