If you thrive on providing great guest experiences by ensuring all dishes are prepared according to the guest's specifications, then this is the job for you.
You're Good At
  • You visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to include verifying portion, presentation and guest's specifications.
  • You like being responsible for all aspects of food delivery; set up and stock product for each shift; maintain backup storage; and clean, sanitize and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils and tools.
  • You like to organize and deliver dishes to the guests.
  • You can handle difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM; Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
  • You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak well. You can explain just about anything to anyone
  • You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
  • You practice what you preach.
