Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $22.00 – $29.00 / hr

What You’ll Do:

  • Climbing & Maintenance: Safely climb towers and ladders at various heights to install, maintain, and operate wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave equipment.
  • Site Construction: Assist in building various tower types and preparing sites for equipment deployment.
  • Technical Installation: Mount and align antennas, run lines, and ensure all systems meet Bertram’s high-quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement industry-standard safety regulations (OSHA, NATE) on every job site.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional tower climbing experience is required.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to climb vertical structures daily, lift 50+ lbs, and work extended hours in various weather conditions.
  • Technical Skill: Ability to read site prints and follow complex instructions with a high level of quality.
  • Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license.
  • Certifications: Current Tower Climbing & Rescue certification is a significant plus.
