QUALIFICATIONS

We need a Tower Maintenance Technician who can:

  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Qualify to be added to the company's auto insurance policy
  • Complete required tower training within 90 days of hire
  • Maintain and provide training certifications in line with industry standards
  • Climb towers up to 1,000 feet
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including work outside of normal business hours and on weekends as needed
  • Travel within the network area as required by the department

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AT OUR TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY

As a Tower Maintenance Technician, you play a hands-on role in keeping our wireless internet systems running strong. You climb towers-sometimes up to 1,000 feet-to install and maintain internet equipment and camera systems. You run data cables, mount hardware, and make sure everything is set up for reliable, seamless service. Additionally, you handle battery backups and grounding systems to boost equipment performance and reliability. Safety is a big deal here, so you follow all training protocols and safety briefings to the letter.

This role with our wireless internet company lets you put your technical skills to work in a meaningful way, helping deliver dependable service to our customers. Flexibility is important too-you're part of an on-call rotation to support maintenance needs as they arise. You work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including weekends, rotating shifts, and after-hours on-call shifts.
