Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
  • Strong experience in installation, configuration, and migration of RedHat/Oracle Enterprise Linux systems
  • Expertise in disk, filesystem management, and Linux LVM administration
  • Hands-on experience with user management, package management, and YUM configuration
  • Knowledge of OS patching, upgrading administrative tools, and system hardening
  • Proficiency in core services such as NFS, SSH, FTP, Sendmail, NTP, DNS
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, subnetting, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with IP Tables, Firewalld, and security monitoring

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
  • Experience in Shell scripting and automation using Ansible
  • Knowledge of LDAP directory services
  • Understanding of Pacemaker cluster administration
  • Ability to perform performance tuning and resource optimization
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
