JOB TITLE: Subcontract Administrator - HYBRID
LOCATION: (HYBRID) Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $56.01/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

  • Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations?

Summary: 

  • Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for development, production, and global sustainment.

  • Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, and develops evaluation criteria for supplier selection.

  • Analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, and selects or recommends subcontractors.

  • Writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards, and administers resulting subcontracts.

  • Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.

  • Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.

  • May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

  • Uses S4/Hana or SAP for procurement and purchasing operations.

  • Applies FAR and DFAR regulations in subcontracting and procurement activities.

  • Performs price analysis techniques and manages RFQ and RFP processes including drawings, NDAs, and payment terms.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • At least 4 years of experience with Government Procurement.

  • At least 4 years of experience with Purchasing.

  • At least 4 years of experience with FAR and DFAR regulations.

  • At least 4 years of experience with S4/Hana or SAP systems.

  • At least 4 years of experience with Prime Contract administration and negotiations.

  • At least 4 years of experience with terms and conditions and price analysis techniques.

  • Experience with RFQ and RFP processes, drawings, NDAs, and payment terms.

  • At least 1 year of CONUS and OCONUS experience.

  • Experience developing bid packages and conducting bidders' conferences.
