Job description

Armed Security Officer

Wolf Professional Security is currently interviewing armed security officers with storefront experience in the Prince Georges County area. Duties will include working with management and loss prevention employees to deter theft as well as providing good customer service at the entrance of the store. Applicants must have their Maryland Guard Card in good standing with the Maryland State Police. Applicants must also have their wear and carry permit in good standing with Maryland State Police. Must be able to work weekends and evenings. The hourly rate will be $20 - $23 depending on experience. Interested candidates must possess a current Maryland Security Clearance Card. Previous experience in security and excellent customer service skills are a must. As an employee of Wolf Professional Security, Inc., you are required to be punctual and present a high-quality uniform appearance. Duties of this assignment include stationary positioning at the store's main entrance to create a "safe presence". As a Security Officer, you will also be required to respond to requests for assistance from the store management team on a wide range of incidents. Pay for this position is $19 per hour unarmed and $23 per hour armed. Candidates should apply for consideration right away as these positions are immediate and will be filled quickly.
