• Manage a caseload of clients, creating strong therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining confidentiality.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to thoroughly understand clients' backgrounds, mental health histories, and treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and desired outcomes.
• Hold weekly individual therapy sessions to address clients' therapeutic goals, coping skills, and any challenges they may face.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and provide continuity of care.
• Facilitate regular progress reviews with clients to assess improvements, stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge when appropriate.
• Participate in individual supervision and peer consultations to foster professional growth and continual learning.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of psychological conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and emotional trauma. Your ability to provide trauma-informed care will be paramount in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve lasting change.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, active listening, and strong verbal communication skills to effectively facilitate client sessions.

• Experience working with diverse populations and various psychological conditions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care frameworks.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate client documentation.

The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
