You will be provided with a dedicated online platform that serves as your counseling office where you can conduct live sessions using video or text, manage client communications, and access helpful resources. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video calls, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their emotions, challenges, and experiences.
• Encouraging clients to express their feelings to facilitate self-discovery and enhance their emotional insight.
• Actively advocating for your clients by helping them define personal goals and objectives for their mental health journey.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure, specifically as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient in using technology and communication platforms, with a strong adaptability to digital tools.

We welcome candidates who possess:

• Experience in a remote counseling role, demonstrating an ability to engage clients effectively using virtual platforms.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for:
