Job description

About Us

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response you can rely on when everything needs to go right. For more than 30 years, we have helped property owners, facility teams, and communities recover from fire, water, mold, storms, and environmental hazards.

As part of Fortify Companies, we are part of something bigger. Fortify's roots are in restoration-helping families and businesses recover when disaster strikes. But we're building something beyond recovery: a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild.

We believe helping people rebuild after a loss is only half the job. Through our family of companies, we deliver coordinated care from prevention to restoration across 210+ markets nationwide, backed by Summit Partners. Our teams, technology, and local expertise come together so property owners and insurers get fewer losses, faster recoveries, and someone they can trust.

Our Brand Values

Safety first, always: We hold ourselves to the highest standard to protect our team, clients, and communities

Showing up with a service heart: We help people move forward with empathy, respect, and unwavering commitment

Bringing the energy: We show up with urgency and a get-it-done mindset, owning every outcome

Predictability in the unpredictable: With standardized systems, we deliver consistency every time

Driving success together: By supporting one another, we strengthen relationships and drive results

About the Job
You are the first conversation. The one that opens the door before our field team ever walks through it.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate who knows how to build relationships from scratch and turn cold outreach into warm opportunities. This is not a role for someone waiting on inbound leads. This is for a disciplined, self-directed prospector who thrives on activity, loves the chase, and takes ownership of outcomes.

You will work alongside our field Business Development Managers to generate qualified meetings across multiple markets. Your targets include property managers, facilities directors, HOA contacts, and insurance professionals-people who need to know who to call when things go wrong. You build that relationship before the emergency happens.

This role is fully remote and tied to performance. If you like being measured on what you produce and rewarded for it, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting

Research and identify high-potential contacts across target markets including property managers, facilities directors, HOA managers, and insurance professionals

Execute structured outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate meetings and referral partnerships for field BDMs

Qualify prospects and route them to the appropriate BDM or franchise location with full context and a warm handoff

Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate contact records, activity logs, and pipeline data in HubSpot

Track and report on weekly outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

Manage active cadences across multiple markets simultaneously without letting opportunities fall through the cracks

Field Team Support

Coordinate pre-event and post-event outreach to convert networking activity into scheduled meetings

Support BDMs with account research, follow-up sequencing, and CRM accuracy

Participate in regular team syncs to align on priority markets, target accounts, and outreach strategy

Requirements

Qualifications:

2-4 years of inside sales, sales development, or business development experience with a strong outbound focus

Proven track record of hitting activity targets and contributing to pipeline growth in a metrics-driven environment

Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at the first touch

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets and high-volume contact lists simultaneously

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without daily oversight

You'll Thrive Here If You Are...

A disciplined outbound executor who treats prospecting as a craft, not a chore

Energized by activity-based work and motivated by clear, measurable results

A strong communicator who knows how to open a conversation and keep it going

Organized and detail-oriented across multiple active markets and cadences

Collaborative and team-oriented, with a genuine interest in helping field reps win

Coachable and continuous-improvement minded-you want feedback because you want to get better

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt as markets and priorities shift

Benefits

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary with performance incentives tied to meetings booked and pipeline generated

Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage

       401(k) with company match

Generous PTO and 9 paid holidays

Company technology and remote work setup

       Ongoing training and professional development

Culture & Opportunity

A role with real impact-you are helping restoration teams reach the people who need them most

The stability of a 30-year-old company with the energy of a growing national brand

Career growth across multiple companies and markets under the Fortify umbrella

PE-backed growth with genuine advancement opportunity as we expand

A team that values plain talk, hard work, and doing right by our customers

Direct impact on company direction-your pipeline fuels our field expansion

Ready to Join Us?

We are building the future of property protection, and we need people who know how to start the conversation. If you lead with curiosity, care about relationships, and are ready to help connect Insurcomm with the clients who need us most, we would love to hear from you.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Insurcomm Restoration and Fortify Companies are equal opportunity employers committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We celebrate diversity and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
