What is a professional realtor?

Professional Realtors are licensed real estate agents who are members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and adhere to its strict code of ethics. They assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on market trends, pricing, negotiations, and legal requirements. Realtors are trained to guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction, ensuring a smooth and transparent process. Their membership in NAR sets them apart from other real estate agents by emphasizing professionalism and ethical standards.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a professional realtor?

To thrive as a Professional Realtor, you need a strong understanding of local real estate markets, property valuation, and sales strategies, along with a valid real estate license. You'll operate in a uniquely high-impact environment-our Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) are conservatively generating 15x more revenue per head than top global tech firms, driven by the strength of our market, talent, and business momentum.

What You'll Do

- Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
-Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.

-Operate with high autonomy and ownership over your success.

How You'll Be Measured

This is a quota carrying role measured by revenue attainment. Deal sizes range from $75K to $5M+ with an average 30-day sales cycle.  Revenue is measured by agent, team and brokerage production volume.

Location

Based in our Milwaukee office, this onsite, market-facing role will have you engaging clients in the field while collaborating in person with local teams and agents.

Qualifications
