Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate needs to work with internal business partners to understand business requirements, build a prototype dashboard product utilizing Microstrategy 9.4.1 Visual Insights, and work with Amex technologies to turn prototype dashboard into an automated production level product for internal users base.

Enable the technical delivery of a set of projects.

Responsible for the design, build, test and implementation phases, as well as ensuring adherence to technical standards.

Ensures the quality of deliverables in terms of supporting requirements analysis and the technical architecture.

Works with architecture experts to ensure solutions support the business and IT strategic plan.

Typically holds a Bachelor's or Master' s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience).

Typically has prior experience in multiple IT disciplines and BI tools (e.g. Microstrategy, Tableau).

Has the ability to work with business partners and articulate technical trends/concepts and design/implementation considerations.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross functional teams, business partners and/or vendor partners, and technology leaders.

Ensures quality in terms of the technical delivery and is accountable for the performance and efficiency of solutions.

Works primarily with Lead Project Managers, Business partners, Business Analysts, Architects and/or Vendor partners. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills, Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, Creative approach to solving technical and/or customer related issues
