Job description

Job Description

As a Professional, Client Success you will act as a key contributor, supporting client & agency relationships and driving the strategic adoption of Epsilon's person-first digital media solutions. You will collaborate closely with Epsilon Sales, Publicis agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams to help transform client business objectives into high-performing media realities.

This is an ideal role for a media professional who wants to be at the center of the action-bridging the gap between defined strategy, pitching new ideas that meet client objectives as well as hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with Client Leadership/Sales Team to support optimization, upsell, and digital media growth initiatives.
  • Synthesize performance insights and assist in the preparation of QBRs and strategic readouts.
  • Connect campaign results to broader business goals and future investment planning.
  • Support the development of data-driven media proposals and campaigns that leverage Epsilon's industry-leading identity products.
  • Contribute to Epsilon's growth by ensuring consistent delivery excellence and operational health.

Due to the client-facing nature of this position, regular in-person interaction with clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders is an essential requirement of the role. Business needs may require travel to support client meetings, agency engagements, strategic planning sessions, team collaboration, and industry events. The successful candidate must be able and willing to travel as needed to fulfill these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

You are a client-focused professional with a passion for marketing, client success, and digital media. You excel at getting things done, staying organized, and building strong working client and internal relationships. You are comfortable working with data to monitor performance and communicate insights, and you have a strong attention to detail that helps ensure high-quality execution.

You have a proven ability to translate strategy into execution to drive results. You're proactive about identifying issues early, escalating appropriately, and partnering across teams to support client outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring With You

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success.
  • Experience in developing, nurturing and managing client relationships.
  • Proven track record of driving and maintaining revenue growth with clients
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with performance data to monitor campaign health and identify trends.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

Why You Might Stand Out From Other Talent:

  • Direct experience within the digital media landscape, specifically with platform-based execution.
  • A self-starter who recognizes potential challenges early and approaches them with a proactive outlook.
  • A history of building strong client and internal partnerships to drive collective delivery excellence.
