Professional Paralegals are trained legal assistants who support lawyers by conducting legal research, drafting documents, organizing case files, and managing administrative tasks. They play a vital role in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies by helping attorneys prepare for hearings, trials, and meetings. While paralegals have extensive knowledge of legal procedures and terminology, they are not licensed to practice law or provide legal advice directly to clients. Many paralegals use specialized legal software and checklists to stay organized and ensure that no details are overlooked.
