Solution Talk Family Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide high-quality mental health services in a fully remote, telehealth environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to facilitate meaningful progress for clients.
  • Engage in therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to help them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clinical notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to an organized client management system.
  • Take advantage of professional development opportunities, including webinars and training sessions, to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Must possess an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
  • At least two years of post-graduate counseling experience is required, ideally within a clinical or therapeutic setting.
