Solution Talk Family Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide high-quality mental health services in a fully remote, telehealth environment. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to facilitate meaningful progress for clients.
• Engage in therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to help them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clinical notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to an organized client management system.
• Take advantage of professional development opportunities, including webinars and training sessions, to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
• At least two years of post-graduate counseling experience is required, ideally within a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• An understanding of family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse issues, and trauma-informed care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards applicable to counseling practice is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, enabling effective interaction with varied client demographics.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative healthcare environment will be an asset.
• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms is beneficial.

While a minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, candidates with specialized training in family dynamics, addiction therapy, or trauma-informed care may be prioritized. Demonstrated success in therapeutic interventions leading to positive client outcomes will be highly regarded.
