HVAC Technician

Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional who wants to step into a position with opportunities to grow and develop.

Our client, an established and growing company in the Fort Wayne area, is seeking a hands-on HVAC Technician to support field operations.

This is a working lead role—you’ll remain active in the field. The work is primarily commercial and jobsite based, offering variety beyond traditional residential service calls.

  • Working in the Indianapolis area.
  • Diagnose electrical controls using a multi-meter
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient job completion
  • Support resolution of more complex service issues

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience (service or install)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Interest in leadership or mentoring others
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Hourly Wage: $32.00 to $38.00, PTO and benefits available; professional development

Important

  • Only want residential service work.
  • Prefer a highly structured corporate environment

Why Consider This Role?

  • Established company with long-term stability
  • Opportunity to grow into leadership
  • Hands-on, varied work environment
