We are looking for a high-caliber bilingual sales professional and emerging leader who wants to build more than a sales career.


This position is intended for someone who wants to produce, lead, develop people, and grow into greater responsibility within an insurance agency.


Our agency has a dedicated Business Development Center (BDC) responsible for acquiring leads and gathering prospect information.


We create the opportunities. Your responsibility is to turn those opportunities into production and eventually help a team do the same.


The right candidate will first learn and master our sales process:

From there, the individual will learn the operational and leadership side of building a successful insurance sales organization.


This includes:

Quote and manage agency-provided leads

Identify customer insurance needs

Build and present professional insurance proposals

Explain coverage based on value, not simply price

Handle objections and confidently close business

Maintain disciplined and consistent follow-up

Meet or exceed individual production expectations

Monitor personal pipeline, conversion, and sales activity


Leadership & Development


As the individual demonstrates production and leadership ability, responsibilities may expand to include:


Help coach and develop Sales Producers

Review team pipelines and follow-up activity

Help establish individual and team sales goals

Monitor production and conversion performance

Conduct sales training and role-playing

Help onboard and train new producers

Participate in interviewing and recruiting

Identify performance problems and help develop solutions

Create accountability within the sales team
