POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking polished and highly skilled Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage and guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This role requires expert knowledge, precision, and a strong sense of hospitality to guide guests through the bar experience while executing a world-class cocktail and beverage program. Bartenders play a key role in maintaining the flow of service, ensuring consistency, and upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

YOUR ROLE

  • Greet guests at the bar, guide them through the menu, and provide an elevated and engaging service experience
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy restrictions
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the cocktail program, spirits, wine pairings, and beverage offerings
  • Execute proper wine service, including decanting andappropriate glasswareusage
  • Ensure bar stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked with all necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Monitor inventory levels,assistwith stock replenishment, and support ordering and requisition processes
  • AccuratelyoperatePOS systems, handle transactions, and complete end-of-shift cash reconciliations
  • Conduct inventory counts andmaintainaccuraterecords of bar products and supplies
  • Communicate any out-of-stock items promptly to management
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Control alcohol service responsiblyin accordance withregulations and company standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and providetimely, professional, and courteous service in a high-volume environment
  • Maintainstrong communicationand teamwork with bar staff, servers, and management
  • Attend meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of service and operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceat all times
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout the duration of the shift

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3โ€“4 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or recognized cocktail bar/lounge preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and guestexperience
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Food handling certification in compliance with state regulations preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
