POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking attentive and service-driven Bathroom Attendants to support a clean, comfortable, and elevated guest experience in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Bathroom Attendants play an essential role in enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring restroom facilities are impeccably maintained while providing a welcoming and professional presence.

YOUR ROLE

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of restroom facilities before, during, and after service
  • Clean and sanitize mirrors, floors, sinks, toilets, and all restroom surfacesin accordance withcompany standards
  • Restock restroom supplies and ensure all itemsare fully available at all times
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests through attentive and professional service
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner whilemaintainingprofessionalism
  • Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and aligned with sanitation standards
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearanceat all times
  • Follow direction from management and complete all assigned duties efficiently
  • Remain attentive to facility conditions and respond quickly to any issues or guest needs
  • Support overall restaurant operations byassistingwithadditionaltasks as needed
  • Demonstrate the ability to stay on your feet and move efficiently throughout the shift
  • Maintain awareness toidentifyand respond to any safety or emergency situations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previouscleaning or bathroom attendant experience preferred
  • Ability to follow direction and work effectively within ateam
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on guest comfort and experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and lift as needed to complete cleaning duties
  • Strong observational and communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
