Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the event space, including DJ equipment
  • Serve the Couple and Guests by acting as the Emcee and DJ
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Responsible for assisting couples with Pre-Event DJ Planning, including building a timeline, music playlist creation, and other various items
  • Assist with the set-up of the Lighting,ย PhotoBooth and additional services
  • Break down the DJ equipment after the event ends

Job Overview and Requirements

  • Location:ย Dickson, TN

  • Job Hours: Part-Time, Weekends, and Evenings

  • Pay: $400+ per event

  • Required Experience: Prior DJ experience is preferred but not required; however, a strong hospitality mindset and exceptional customer service focus are essential

  • Training:ย Consists of on-the-job, event shadowing training and in-classroom instruction. Must be willing to travel to Dallas/Fort Worth for hands on training

  • Physical Requirements:ย Able to lift 50 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
