• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs, and design personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic objectives, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services for clients preferring virtual support, ensuring accessibility for those who face challenges attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation that complies with ethical and regulatory standards, contributing to seamless treatment continuity.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients vary in age and background, and you will adapt your therapeutic approaches to cater to their specific needs, creating personalized strategies that promote healing and resilience.

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients is imperative.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ life situations and mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities to handle a manageable caseload and complete required administrative duties efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health counseling or therapy roles where evidence-based practices were employed.
• Background in remote counseling or teletherapy will be considered an asset, given our focus on accessible service delivery.

• Competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
