Professional Land Surveyor

Mountain Plains, LLC is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team and advance their career! Responsibilities:
Supervise survey crew operations for all aspects of surveying
Perform record searches at various records offices and government entities
Prepare legal descriptions, sign and seal all survey plans
Follow instructions and work orders from project managers
Read and comprehend construction plans for construction layout
Collaborate effectively with survey crew members, all coworkers, and clients
Develop professional relationships to gain clientele, expanding survey practice footprint

Qualifications:
Registered Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in ND, SD, MT, or WY
4 years-experience in Land Surveying
Valid Driver’s License with clean record
High-level computer and technical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must pass drug/alcohol screening
Exudes strong leadership & management abilities
An ability to multitask, manage, and adapt to changing work environments
