Who We Are:

Overview:
We are seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to work with our attorney development and legal support teams. The primary duty of this position is to assist with the administration of both internal and external Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and other education and training programs for attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrative assistants (LAAs).
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinate delivery of training programs for lawyers, paralegals, and LAAs, including scheduling, drafting and sending invitations and reminders, tracking RSVPs, managing program materials, managing event logistics, and sending follow-up surveys.
* Handle CLE application and approval process for eligible programs, including client-facing programs.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of CLE rules and regulations in the jurisdictions in which the Firm has offices and other jurisdictions needed to perform legal work for Firm clients.
* Administer Firm relationships with third-party CLE and training providers.
* Assist attorneys and LAAs with processing bar admissions and renewing existing admissions, including working with the Firm's General Counsel as needed.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, focused on task execution and follow-through, and able to maintain a strong service orientation in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to build relationships and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organization skills are expected.
Prior experience in CLE (or similar) compliance and administration is beneficial but not required. Candidates must have proficiency in standard business software applications such as Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Lists) or learning management systems a plus.

The estimated starting salary range for this position is $56,000 - $64,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, and overall qualifications.
