  1. School year Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10-16/week
  2. Summer Monday-Thursday: 15-20/week
     

Job Duties and Responsibilities
General Duties

The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach will design and implement programs for student-athletes with an emphasis on sports performance. Duties of the Strength Coach include:

  1. Lead and Supervise workout sessions for assigned teams
  2. Teach and instruct proper weightlifting techniques, including Olympic lifts.
  3. Modify workouts for injured/rehabilitating athletes.
  4. Assist with general operation and maintenance of the weight room facility

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in an exercise related field
  2. NSCA CSCS Certification (or working towards)
  3. Previous coaching experience
  4. Background knowledge in strength and conditioning
  5. Must be able to properly demonstrate a variety of strength and conditioning exercises and drills
