The BD & Engagement Associate serves as a strategic partner supporting business growth initiatives, executive operations, branding, and market engagement efforts within a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment. This role combines business development outreach, social media engagement, strategic marketing coordination, and executive assistant responsibilities in direct support of the CEO.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, technologically proficient, and capable of managing both external engagement initiatives and high-level executive support functions. This individual will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, expanding professional networks, coordinating strategic communications, and supporting leadership priorities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Develop and manage corporate social media content across platforms including LinkedIn and other professional channels
  • Create engaging marketing materials, branding campaigns, and executive communications aligned with organizational goals
  • Maintain and enhance company branding, messaging consistency, and digital presence
  • Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and modern technologies to improve outreach effectiveness, engagement analytics, and workflow automation
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience reach
  • Assist with pipeline maintenance, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement coordination
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends and growth opportunities
  • Support proposal coordination, branding initiatives, and business capture activities
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive leadership team
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership communications, and follow-up actions
  • Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination efforts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executives, senior leadership, or strategic initiatives
  • Experience within government contracting, federal consulting, professional services, or corporate environments
  • Familiarity with federal business development, capture support, proposal coordination, or customer engagement activities
  • Experience using federal market research and opportunity platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS
  • Experience coordinating conferences, networking events, recruiting outreach, or executive engagements
  • Exposure to branding, strategic communications, employee engagement, or external outreach initiatives
  • Experience supporting social media coordination, marketing campaigns, or professional content development is a plus
